Looking at investing in a structured equity fund my friend is launching. He is a great operator but I want to make sure I don't miss anything critical.
Anything to consider for an LMM/small fund like this? I've invested in other vanilla equity funds before but never structured equity.
Less worried about the deals themselves and execution, and more worried about fund level structure or issues, if that makes sense?
