Direct Lending / Private Credit Comp
Looking to gauge the market on overall private credit comp these days given salary increases over the last year or so. I'm a first year Investment Associate at a middle market private credit shop, looking at 175-200k all in, but would be curious what others are seeing. Would love to hear some data points from others in the industry, and where bonuses ended up shaking out for groups earlier this year
Bump!
Seems a bit low imo
What are you seeing / what would you expect?
Depends on market. For Asso 1 in NYC prob 300-350 for the MF PCs and places like Golub/Antares/HPS/Owl Rock. ~250 all in for other places. Data points are from myself and HH/interviews. Don’t know about non-NYC but prob just give it a haircut.
Golub / Antares not the same level as the other two and don't paid at this level
They do pay the same level & ranking is pointless.
