Direct Lending / Private Credit Comp

Looking to gauge the market on overall private credit comp these days given salary increases over the last year or so. I'm a first year Investment Associate at a middle market private credit shop, looking at 175-200k all in, but would be curious what others are seeing. Would love to hear some data points from others in the industry, and where bonuses ended up shaking out for groups earlier this year
