Interested as well. I heard of couple of cases where people moved from NYC office to London (but not vice versa) and from Asian offices to London (and vice versa). To be honest it seems that if you are coming from BX NYC office then you can probably go to whatever location you want but if you work for a London office I think it is a much more difficult to move.. but that’s just my impression.

I’m sure you can ask, not sure how it would be received… I’ve only seen it the other way. SMDs ask folks to go to other offices for a variety of reasons.
