HHs will usually ask a 2nd year for everyone's email in the class below them and then send out a blast to grab resumes and have you register on their platform. They'll try to get intro calls for anyone who drops their resume or registers. If you were a part of the blast and follow the directions you'll get an intro call when they happen.

 

Above is right on - just to add, if your classmates/friends at other (similar tier) banks get an email you don't, feel free to reply with a 1-2 sentence ask to be put on their list

Some people have different email formats that get missed, or HHs just didn't talk with 2nd years in your group and can't ask for your emails. HHs want to have everyone's contact info and do intro calls with everyone
