Do MF PE Analysts Do On-Cycle?
Title. I’m an incoming analyst at a MF and was wondering whether people typically recruit oncycle, or if off-cycle is more popular.
Would appreciate any context from people who’ve been in my shoes/have peers who’ve had similar experiences.
