For Mega-Firm private equity, especially for PERE department (real estate/infrastructure), do they allow half-remote works? I don't mean full-time remote work, but something like 2 days in home, and 3 days in the office.
Also, how often do you have to go to the office at weekends in the PERE department at Mega-Firms?
