Dodge & Cox PE Exits
Does anyone know any stories of RAs at D&C exiting to MF/UMM/MM PE? I know that a lot of RAs stay for a while or go to business school, but what industries and tiers of exits can you get straight from D&C?
Also, any insight into first-year all-in comp would be appreciated.
Full time RA job listing says 142k as low end of base so I’d imagine that’s first year out of undergrad.
