Entrances and exits

As I imagine, many of you have been at the point that I am now with the same questions (studying a degree), I would like to ask for advice on how to enter PE and with which master's degrees there is more access to these positions.

At the same time, if anyone has any advice to give to someone who is about to finish his degree, it is appreciated.

Also recommendations on which are the best companies to start.

Thank you so much.
