ER to PE possible?
I'm a senior at a target school and just completed my junior summer internship as an ER intern on the buy side. Is it possible to land any IB/PE roles for FT?

You were a public markets, presumably long-only fund intern and want to move to IB/PE? Those are good jobs mate. Why wouldn't you want to stay, especially in a world where recruiting is so hard?
