Expected Analyst Comp at a Fundless Sponsor

Hey all, just a quick compensation question for you. I have been interning at a small fundless sponsor with 2 employees, both partners, and expect to receive a full-time offer within the next month. Honestly, I have no idea what pay/structure to expect and don't want to go into the conversation blind. Located in a top 10 pop city (think Phoenix, Houston, Dallas).

Also, since this is a fundless sponsor, are there any items you would advise me to think through before talking with them? Like maybe career track or potentially putting some of my own money in deals?

Appreciate all insights and let me know if there is any other info I can provide!
