firms that recently raised funds

How would you find out which firms have raised funds in the past 6 months if you don't have access to pitchbook? I know some newsletters that report new fund raises but these are on an on-going basis (i.e. reported as new funds are raised/closed), rather than a comprehensive list of funds that have acquired new funding in the past 6 months.

Depending on the scope of sponsors you’re looking to screen, it may be best to just scrub through press releases. Should come up quickly on google if they recently raised a new fund
