I interviewed with them. As others mentioned pretty technical as they asked a lot of “outside the box” math-y questions which really tested your critical thinking skills. Overall was very impressed by the team. Definitely an infrastructure-heavy focus and situate themselves more on the value end of the spectrum. Gotta remember that these are all ex-Macquarie guys so would not be surprised if culture was a bit sweaty / sharp elbowed.

I was also dinged in the aptitude test round and felt it was a bit unfair after I feel like I crushed all the other rounds but it is what it is. Definitely a solid opp. No idea what comp is like but would have to imagine it’s in line with other MM PE shops. I think their initial raise was ~$1bn?

Could you maybe elaborate on the questions they are asking? Is there also a modeling test required? Many thanks!

Strongly do NOT recommend. The interview process was fine and not overly technical. During my due diligence on the firm however, I came across multiple indications of insanely high employee turnover, particularly at the mid-level. Also people mentioned there is a very bad culture that treats people unfairly and no job security
