FoF opportunity

Hi,

Currently working at an IB (associate level) and looking for a transition.
I'm interviewing with a FoF PE, ca. 70 Bln Aum for an Institutional sales / IR position, role seems exciting, lots of client facing and travel, comp is great as well.

What is the career growth? Exit opp and salary packages when getting some seniority?

Thank you for the insights
