Forward Year Recruiting

Just wondering, has anyone heard of anything changing for recruiting this upcoming summer? Last time I checked, which was late summer of this year, almost every shop had no intention on curbing hiring for next year, but now that it's looking like a late Q1 or early Q2 comeback at earliest, I'm wondering if places are reassessing their needs. I've asked my friends, none of their shops have had the discussion. Mine hasn't either.

What's the early indication?
