Does anyone have any insight into FP's NY office? From the firm's website, seems to be a smaller team/growing office. Specifically would love any insight surrounding recruiting for this office.

When talking to them it seems it is rare that an associate will start in nyc and usually people move to this office after a year in sf. Have also seen that may or may not be the case for vp+.
