FTV Capital Info on Comp
Anyone know what GE shops are paying for 2024? Have heard less than traditional PE, but wondering by how much.
Interested in FTV and similar caliber funds (I.e. non MF growth)

Why do you say that? Any idea what their recruiting process is like?
What makes you say this? Heard they have a decent culture
Bump what's GE comp these days?

Heard ~$250k all-in
Got into late stages with them, ~250k-275k with base being 150k. In line with GE but kind of low given their latest $2.3bn fund.
Other GE firms to look into with slightly higher comp are the sourcing focused ones - JMI, Serent, Mainsail Partners, Great Hill. These shops tend to be in-line with MM PE comp (~300k)
were there any sourcing bonuses / coinvest mentioned? have heard some firms that provide small bonuses for sourcing (even if deals don't close).
Did you get dinged or why didn’t you take FTV? Can anyone confirm hours / culture in NYC? Also $250k feels low
heard they're recruiting right now? you happen to know where in process?
Bump on FTV associate experience? Any idea what hours are like?
Who is FTV's HH?
