I have been offered a Fundraising & Syndication role in Credit Fund of PE Firm. Currently i am working with a NBFC in their Debt Fundraising Team (Borrowings). Is it fine for me to make a shift? Also how valuable is Fundraising & Syndication role in PE Firm vis a vis Investment role.
