Don't let any rejections get you down - I was rejected by multiple mid ass firms (with interviews) before receiving top offers. Also, do the work others won't; find the emails that are hard to find, find the opportunities that are less well published, talk to people with non-traditional roles/paths. The game is rigged so you just gotta play smarter and harder.
