Interested in pursuing Growth Equity Associate opportunities (Fintech and Enterprise mostly)
Can anyone talk about how the VC/growth equity associate experience at a bulge bracket bank (Goldman, Morgan Stanley) differs from that at a place like Summit or Insight Partners?
Do the teams at Goldman or Morgan Stanley do less sourcing? In terms of recruiting do they only take internal candidates?
