Working at a traditional sourcing-oriented growth shop - my comp for analyst 1 was close to $200k (COVID boom) and analyst 2 was $240k. Expecting somewhere between around $270-280k for associate but nothing set in stone. Curious what other folks are seeing

Assoc 2 at a sourcing heavy GE firm, all in for year 1 was about 290k. Very performance based and rangey from my class (250-310k ish)

I think market comp is ~280k?

Curious for other datapoints as well as general hours. Came from 1.5 years of banking, have been at current firm in tier 1 growth city (not NYC) for about 9 months. Base is $130k with sourcing bonus of $25k cash and $25k equity in the company. Feels pretty bellow market....I'm an analyst 2

Do you have any firm names / data points? Been wondering this for a while - I've seen a bunch of threads where folks seem to be getting less or equal base but significant performance based / YE bonus. Sourcing bonus is nice, especially the equity element if the deal goes well, but it's obviously less certain
