Growth / LMM arms of MFs vs. Normal MM PE

Hey Monkeys, curious to hear thoughts on this - what is a better Associate experience (all tech focused), the growth / LMM arms of MFs (TPG Growth, Bain Tech Opps, TB Explore, Apax Digital, etc.) or more normal, respected MM buyout shops (Charlesbank, THL, Cove Hill, etc.)?

By "better Associate experience" thinking in terms of exit opps / strength on resume and learning experience... Aware that the larger names probably better on comp, and WLB probably similarly bad for both.

Thanks all!
