Hi monkeys, I saw this job offer: "ESSG is looking for an Analyst candidate with a demonstrated interest in fundamental/value investing to join the Private Capital team within ESSG (...).Within ESSG, the Private Capital team focuses primarily on specialty lending and growth equity investments in private middle market companies across EMEA."

and I would like to know more about what is this job about (very few info online). Would you say it is a mix between private debt and private equity ? Is it for tech growth companies? Or distressed companies? Do you have any info ? Many thanks
