Hey folks – sorry to be a noob but as a H/Y/P/S classics major I'm not so in the loop when it comes to PE recruiting so I was curious if you could provide some guidance. I'll be starting at a top tier MM as a FT analyst soon and I wanted to clarify that PE recruiting starts as soon as this August? If I don't land a gig this time around can I recruit a year out once I have more experience? I've seen come conflicting posts and would appreciate guidance.
