I interviewed with the Direct Equity platform and had a 2-way interview on the 22nd. Was told I would have a decision if I'd be invited to a super day by Oct. 30th. Haven't heard back yet.
I did mine on the 27th and got invited to the superday on the 29th. I imagine you will hear back soon. From what HR would tell me there were over 1200 applicatns for 11 slots across asset classes.
Awesome good luck. Yeah it was 14 total, 2 in London and 1 in Hong Kong, then 11 for US
I have an interview for the HL ADP next week and looking for any tips or insights - can you give any? (or anyone else who did this process)
This is for London so not sure if the process is exactly the same but I have been told my interview will be with an associate and focussed on competency rather than technical
Did you get an offer and any insight into their ADP program?
I know its been a while but do you remember the interview process in London?
I heard their comp is below market, anyone shed some lights on why there are so many applicants?
I applied because it's one of the few firms that offer PE out of undergrad + exposure to primary, secondary and co-investments. Also I didn't get a return offer from the PE firm I interned with last summer because of headcount so yeah it's one of the best options I have available. I don't mind if comp is below market for first 2-3 years if I can get a foot in the door
any light on the comps?
