Hg is a technology MM PE fund operating in Europe. They’re investing out of a flagship MM fund, a growth fund and a newly raised large cap fund. Focus on technology and services (think very “book heavy”, SaaS companies)
They’re interviewing for an investment role, and was keen to understand more about them.
What’s their market reputation? Historically strong / weak performance?
Any views on culture?

I recently posted an in-depth look at a handful of MM PE firms that was well-received. I'd like to suggest that may be currency for good-will community development reciprocation as I make this ask: can someone please share some information about Hg?
I'd like to bump this. I see that Hg has three funds: their LMM, MM, and Large Cap funds.
Any information on their NYC office, and hiring?
Views on culture, hours, and compensation?
Views on performance? I can't find them on standard FoF perfomance lists (e.g., CALPERS) but admittedly haven't spent hours scouring
Lastly, and most importantly, do they segment professionals by deal size, or by industry? E.g., do they have LMM folks? InsureTech folks? Or generalist?
