HH Interview "Diagnostic"
After doing my intro calls with the major HHs, some of them have reached out to me and asked me to do an online PE interview simulation. Does anyone know if they are truly non-evaluative like they say they are?

There has never been a single thing that is non-evaluative, humans are judging each other constantly. It might not be formally apart of the interview process but if you suck, they will develop an internal opinion that you aren't very good/shouldn't be put in front of their clients.
