Yes, received an interesting email from them the other day but TBH seeing that kind of turned me off. Glad I did more research - good guys but some really tacky 1988 New Jersey marketing.
No idea about why they included the car (they might have a special deal and therefore pay a lot less than market, and can "arbitrage" on this to pay a fee) but 1% + 100k is actually a pretty good package for a simple introduction fee.
