How do you decide on a firm?

How do you decide on which PE firm to pursue and eventually accept an offer at?

I know I want a megafund in either a generalist role or TMT or growth role but how do i decide between the firms. At face value, they mostly do the same things and dont really differ that much.

I dont have many alumni who I can reach out to at these firms who can tell me about culture and lifestyle, etc. and I have several meetings with HH this week so im sort of pressed for time.
