Just wrapped up my first year at a BB, now recruiting for buyside. My reviews weren’t great (below average). Wonder what is the best way to approach this during interviews? Can I still say I am mid-bucket/top mid bucket by pointing out the positive stuffs I received while mentioning the area of improvement that I am working on? Will the HHs/firms find out the real rankings at my bank/group?
