How do MM PE fund investing styles differ from that of large scale?
I.e. is MM investing more focused on looking for the next growth opportunities and potential revenue synergies whereas large scale is more focused on becoming more efficient and potential cost-cutting synergies?
Also what makes MM PE more attractive than large scale mega funds?
