"Incoming Analyst" on Resume for PE Recruiting?

I just accepted a lateral position at a top MM firm and have not started yet. I asked a couple analysts there and they told me it was ok to start recruiting for PE given the timing and especially since the position will be for summer 2019.

Anyways, my current firm (already gave 2 weeks) will not get much attention from headhunters, so I was wondering if it was acceptable to put "incoming analyst" at the top of my resume for the new firm to get more traction from them.

Or is this something that is better said over the phone?
