Hello! Currently a senior associate at a LMM fund, specializing in tech. I’ve recently had the opportunity to interview for a VP spot at tech focused MF. I have a final conversation with HR, where we will likely discuss comp expectations among other things.
Can anyone provide comp expectations at the VP level for MF/ Tech MF?

Congrats on the offer, great outcome from LMM -> MF.
Base $225-250k (depending on firm) with total cash comp of $500-550k; DAW c.US$4m (+/-$1m). Carry is typically more nuanced and depends on the fund cycle.
