depends on what you want and also what the banking offer is. If you wanna be in the world of VC / GE / startups --> insight. If you want flexibility --> banking. Comp is (probably?) higher at Insight knowing them. If it's not mid to upper BB or upper MM or EB and you know what you want take Insight 100%. sets you up well for Ops roles in startups. Otherwise, if you want optionality, go banking.
