Hi all,
I have an interveiw in a week for a Summer Analyst position at a LMM/MM Secondaries firm. What can I expect to be different than a primary PE firm? What kinds of technicals should I be studying in addition to Paper LBO/Valuation etc. I have a good understanding of the secondaries industry but I was curious if there were specific secondaries technicals I could be asked about.
