invisaglin coverage??
does your bank or fund (especially if it's a large one like MF/UMM) cover first time invisalign benefits??

Most do not since it's considered cosmetic... my dental plan options all specifically only include child orthodontics.
Yep, I know most do not, but that also implies that some do. So I am just wondering which ones do! Thank you
Like the other dude said it’s usually never covered as it’s a cosmetic treatment. However, it’s some of the best money you can possibly spend on yourself. Did it ~5yrs ago and man the results were amazing.
I'm thinking about getting it. But man they are expensive. One can literally buy a second hand Rolex with that money. I'm also 33. I have some gap between my front teeth, but my front teeth are also small, so not fully visible when I smile. No dentist or ortho will ever say it won't be worth it for me, because they want to make their buck. How old were you when you got it? How long was your treatment and total cost? I'm
Think I was 29 when I did it. Wore them for maybe 9 months? I had an “ok” smile before that had maybe one really crooked tooth and the rest was so-so, and it turned it into a perfect smile. I think the cost was like 5k - I’ll take being hotter any day over a watch lmao.
Just based on Portcos, would hope KKR gave some benefits given Heartland Dental / ALGN relationship.
Not sure who your provider is but Guardian covers it up to $2k. It’s also HSA eligible so you can use the pretax $
I am actually also in Canada. Are you Canadian as your name implies?? My provider is ManuLife through my employer.
i am a canadian PR and recently moved here, so not as familiar with the benefits.
Was previously in Canada but now in the US and used to have coverage through Manulife. Very unlikely you’ll get Invisalign coverage there unfortunately.
