Is it still worth applying? non target sophomore

I go to a top liberal arts college(Amherst/Swarthmore/Williams/Bowdoin etc.) and am interested in finance/IB. I have been networking a lot and have applied to a few places(DB, Blackstone, PWP, Moelis) for 2021

Is it too late to apply to places like Citi, Baird, Lazard etc for 2021? Or do they have different recruiting cycles for non target
