I’m an incoming analyst at a MM bank (non-NYC) and was wondering whether it’s as important for me to be practicing for PE interviews in my senior spring like all the BB/EB analysts for MFs or if it will be different if I’m only aiming for MM/LMM PE

On cycle is rare for funds under 3-4bn or so last fund size.
Doesn't hurt to be prepared, but nearly all mm/LMM processes will be off cycle. There are still processes that will happen early but not all at once in the same way.
