Joining PE Portco Ops after 2-3 years of MBB
Currently an undergrad joining MBB at a medium-size office upon graduation and thinking about recruiting for pe operating roles as my exit. I was wondering how feasible this was out of undergrad because I've heard operating roles are usually for people with more experience. Are there any pe shops that are known for recruiting operating associates with 2-3 years of experience in consulting? Or is it more likely to join a pe-backed company in operational roles?
