Group I worked in sold a stake in a company to them. I see no red flags, but I feel like they’re probably secondary to the top-tier infra funds and MF infra arms. Probably wouldn’t hesitate working there though if no other offers.

Returns haven't been stellar. market is a bit confused as to how they're going to make things work on some of their recent deals given valuations (getec, Falck, etc)
