Kelso: Comps and Interview Process

Hello,

There are some recent posts discussing about the culture at Kelso in NY and thank you for that.

If you we have info about their comps structure, please share.

Furthermore, I am curious to learn about the interview process for the PE Associate role.

Would you think the process is quite typical?

First interview = deal discussing and Paper LBO.
Second interview = 45 mins to 1 hours LBO modeling (I don’t know whether they will go beyond 1 hour).
Super day? Have not been to one so I don’t know what to expect. Thanks!
