Haven't worked for them but they have a decent rep in the lower MM. When I was in banking, I worked on a deal where they were one of the last few parties and they were generally good to work with (i.e. were friendly, didn't have any crazy asks, etc.). We mostly dealt with the VP but can't remember if they had an associate on the deal.
Are they HF or PE? I saw both listed online. Lack of any real data points about what they do / own would be a flag for me.
