KPI / Metric Driven PE Bonuses

PE Folks,

Does anyone have a part (or all) of their bonus tied to specific KPIs? For example, things like the returns on your specific deals, deployment rate, etc. impacts your annual cash bonus. Is that market at VP+ levels?
