Does anyone know what they do differently that has made their approach to working with unionized labor so effective?
They have a very good reputation now which I’m sure has helped, but how did they build it? What was their early playbook like? Would appreciate insight as I can’t find anything floating around.
I'm open to hearing about playbooks at other funds with the same reputation as KPS BTW
