Not the end of the world, you'll be fine
I passed three case studies where I sent it back late (model I was using was like 8MB) though for 2-5 day HF cases rather than short form PE.
How late did you submit?
Not a problem. 10-15 minutes is an issue, esp if I'm waiting around for it and have to ask you, but 3 minutes is okay. I wouldn't even notice it.
