Lateral PE Sponsorship

Hi all - my girlfriend is looking to recruit into US PE coming from the EU. She is a senior associate working in PE currently and started his career with an MBB, and is based in the EU / is an EU citizen. Anyone have any strategies for trying to find firms that sponsor at her level - should she just go through HH? She is worried she can only go through the MBA visa path, which is a huge cost coming from the EU and will put her into major debt.

Thank you in advance for any advice
