Hate to be a buzzkill, but this path is incredibly rare. I can't think of a single example.
Two questions: (i) What did you do pre-MBA? Path is a little easier if consulting (but still nearly zero unfortunately), (ii) Are you MBB at least?

Never seen it - potential path could be go to PE Port Ops and then to operations-heavy LMM fund where your consulting background could be more valuable.
