LBO - Are exit fees burdening management equity(stock options) usually?
Hello folks! Basic LBO question! When there are management stock options exercised at Exit, exit fees should burden Equity value before MIP? This means exit fees are incurred to sponsor and mgmt. on a pro-rata basis. Or should it burden only sponsor equity after MIP? Exit fees are large at 3% of Exit EV
