Legal Tips / Guides / Resources

Hey all -

I'm a 2nd year associate in PE and starting to pay closer attention to legal docs as I get more senior. Obviously this plays a much larger role in the job as you advance, so I'm hoping to learn as much as possible with any free time. Recognizing that simply getting more reps and asking your lawyer questions are the most helpful ways to learn, wondering if we could potentially consolidate any helpful books / guides / resources that people have come across as it relates to evaluating legal docs (e.g., Purchase Agreement, LLC Agreement, etc.). Figure this could be a nice collection of supplemental learning that the community would benefit from.

There's obviously a lot out there on debt (e.g., Moyer's Distressed Debt) so wondering if any realm of additional materials exist for legal documentation in the buyout realm.
