Lender Relationships
How common/acceptable is it for LMM/MM PE associates to "source" new lender relationships? Trying to understand if, as a DL associate, it's worth reaching out to PE associates at firms we don't have relationships with, to eventually get relevant higher ups involved.
100% worth it, if you can originate new deals you are miles ahead of your assoc class
