Likelihood of Receiving a Full-Time Offer After Internship?

Hi guys,
So I've been interning at a top private equity firm in the south for about 10 months now. My internship started in August 2016 and they keep extending it (which I hope is a good thing). I will be interning for the summer as well and will possibly continue until I graduate (May 2018, B.S. in Accounting & Finance). With this being said, I was wondering the likelihood of receiving a full-time offer would be. I know every firm is different however from experience or people you may know, what were the outcomes?

Thank you!!

It sounds like they are happy with your performance. From personal experience, I would recommend to have an honest conversation with the principals/partners there. Schedule a lunch with one of the principals/partners with whom you have a good connection and lay your thoughts out for why they should hire you and why you'd like to work there.

I also interned at a top PE firm in the south and had my internship extended by the firm. My PE firm communicated to me that although they were very happy with my performance, they would not be able to hire me unless I did IB first. They hire undergrads directly for PE analyst roles rarely and normally hire IB analysts. If your PE firm did not communicate this to you, they may be more open to hiring undergrads but normally top PE firms in the south follow this process.
